Shipping policy
We aim to deliver all orders within 7ā25 business days.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
If a shipment is delayed but still in transit, we ask that you allow the full 30-day delivery window before requesting a refund. Once the 30-day window has passed with no delivery, we will honor refunds or chargebacks without issue.
